Sumarry
Cubic transfer films is falttened at water,the pattern on the film is transferred under the action of water pressure on the workpiece which is sprayed with a primer or no primer. After the film is automatically dissolved, the workpiece with the pattern is cleaned, dried, and then sprayed again on its surface Topcoat for protection. Techenological process
| 1. Film Print |
A pattern is gravure printed onto water soluble film. |
| 2. Re-wetting of the Inks |
The film’s special features are brought out by the re-activation of the inks. |
| 3. Transfer |
The substrate is gently pushed onto the film floating on the water’s surface and a pattern is transferred by the water’s natural pressure. |
| 4. Film Residue Removal & Wash |
Once the film’s purpose is fulfilled, excess (unnecessary film) is washed away. |
| 5. Drying |
Drying off any remaining water particles during transfer. |
| 6. Top Coat |
Drying and protection of surface with a topcoat. |
